We offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders over £300. For urgent purchases, Next Day Delivery is available if the order is placed before 1:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
How can I return an item from my order?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all full-priced items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all designer tags still attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.
Are duties and taxes included in the final price?
For all orders within the UK, VAT is included in the listed price. For international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
How do I ensure I am selecting the correct size?
